Unlimited Classes Customized, Nutrition Plan and & Monthly Weigh-In Class Times: Conquer Camp M/W/F: 6am M/W: 5pm Tu: 6pm Th: 7pm Champ Camp M/W: 6pm & Sat: 10am CONQUER CAMP This class is a straightforward mixture of HIIT, CIRCUIT, STRENGTH, FUNCTIONAL training styles designed to hit the whole body and rev up your metabolism, burn fat, and build definition. We utilize high intensity and low rest times without sacrificing form on some workouts. On others, we focus on heavier lifts with longer rest periods. By the end of the week, you will have worked your entire body and can be content in reaching your goals. The 'Conquer Camp" format is utilized to challenge you but allow each participant the opportunity to go at their own pace if they choose. Champ Camp No Boxing experience whatsoever? Not a problem! Male or Female, Whether you have no experience at all or have trained your whole life, you’ll all be taking the same exact class learning all the same techniques. Train with other competitive and Professional Boxer’s, learning from the absolute best!
