Greetings everyone, my name is Arrick, and I am Proud Owner and Head Coach/Trainer of Pure-N-Fit Training. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to mastering various forms of training, including strength training, adult and youth boxing, group fitness, weight loss programs for young individuals, and athletic training at high school, collegiate, and professional levels. It has been an incredible journey, as I have been fortunate enough to assist numerous individuals in achieving their goals, spanning from youth to adulthood. My approach begins with a fundamental principle: understanding that every goal starts with a renewed mindset. It is crucial to recognize the need for change in your current situation in order to reach your desired objectives. Regardless of what your goal may be, my aim is to educate you on the necessary steps to not only achieve it but surpass it. My focus is not solely on retaining you as a client, but rather on equipping you with the knowledge and tools to lead a healthier lifestyle and effectively train towards your goals, regardless of your current fitness level. At Pure-N-Fit Training, our sole focus is on you. I will prioritize your individual needs and tailor my approach to suit your unique circumstances. Hello! I'm Coach Mónica. My personal fitness journey began with a focus on enhancing my physical and mental wellbeing. Over time, I discovered a deep passion for physical exercise and relished the challenge it presented in its many forms. My training includes heavy lifting, strength training, HIIT, hiking, dancing, conditioning, and mobility. As your coach, my mission is to meet you at your current fitness level and guide you towards your desired goals. I believe in offering a variety of exercise methods to cater to your unique fitness needs and preferences. I aim to help you discover the type of exercise that you not only enjoy but also benefits you the most. Remember, working out doesn't have to be a chore - it can be a whole lot of fun!
